Board of Directors has resolved today to sign a capital and business alliance agreement with the Development Bank of Japan Inc. for joint investments. Minebea will issue its Series I unsecured subordinated convertible bonds with stock acquisition rights (Convertible Bonds) to DBJ as outlined.
