How to retrieve documents

by category (multiple selection)

Basic specification

A term should be separated by a space or by a comma. Both capital and small letters will be included in the retrieved documents.

e.g.) "minebea" ,"Minebea" ,"MINEBEA".

Multiple context retrieve

You can retrieve documents by using one or more terms(AND query).
Use a space to separate each term.
You can choose "AND query" and other types of query as below.

How to use queries

Single term query
The query specifies only one term for retrieving all documents which contain the term.

e.g.) minebea

AND query
The query specifies two or more terms for retrieving all documents which contain both terms.

e.g.) minebea product, minebea AND product

OR query
The query specifies two or more terms for retrieving all documents which contain either of the term.

e.g.) minebea OR product

NOT query
The query specifies two or more terms for retrieving all documents which contain a first term but does't contain the following terms.

e.g.) minebea NOT product

Phrase searching
You can group terms by surrounding them by double quotation marks " ". Without these marks, the query will retrieve documents as AND query.

e.g.) "minebea product"

Grouping
You can add group terms by surrounding them by parentheses ( ) when retrieving documents such as including minebea and products, but not contain relating products or catalogue.

e.g.) (minebea product) NOT (products OR catalogue)

View the retrieved documents

In the retrieval result, the image of the page and PDF (thumbnail image) that matches to the term is displayed with the text data in a pertinent part. Click the image to view "slide preview" of the "thumbnail list" of PDF files and the page images.

    The title of the document is linked to the document.
  2. Contents
    The text data including the term which is shown in bold type.
  3. Thumbnail image
    Text pages and PDF files displayed as images data. Click to enlarge the image.
  4. Icons
    Each documents are categorized by different icons.
