New Corporate Communications/Investor Relations Team

We would like to inform you that under the new management structure, as announced on June 27, 2003, Investor Relations Office (formerly part of Strategy Planning Department) has been integrated with Corporate Communications Office, and Corporate Communications/Investor Relations Office has been newly established within Corporate Planning Department. The aim of this change is to reinforce functions and activities of the Strategy Planning Department, which is primarily engaged in developing management plans, including strategic alliances and M&A, and to enhance corporate communications and investor relations activities.

The Investor Relations Office has always focused on communicating timely and effectively the management policies, strategies, development and outlook in order to promote deeper understanding of our company among our shareholders, investors and analysts. While activities of the Corporate Communications Office have been public relations and internal corporate communications.

We aim to continuously reinforce our activities while improving efficiency. We ask for your continuous support.
